Shipping Policy
Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days of purchase. Production typically takes an additional 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Please plan accordingly, especially around holidays.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive it.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
Shipping Issues If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at bonniebusiness@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
